Robotek
ROBOTEK is an annual national level event organized by GEARS to promote robotics in the country. ROBOTEK groom, empower budding students to make them self-sufficient in the field of robotics and automation by giving them real-time hands-on exposure to build robots.
Workshops
Workshops plays a vital role in achieving the objectives of GEARS. Workshops are organized to raise the technical skill and bridge the gap between industries required skill sets and academia acquired skill. It helps students to think, design, develop and implement new application of intelligent Robots.
STEM Education
We believe robotics needs to be started at the root level and that is why GEARS aims to start STEM education. This will direct GEARS to teach robotics to the junior students. The major objectives to achieve in STEM education include developing a solid knowledge base among students and enhancing their interest in Science, Technology and Mathematics; strengthening their ability to integrate and apply knowledge and skills; nurturing their creativity, collaboration and problem solving skills.
